The EK-410 Electrosurgical Unit prioritizes patient safety. The device performs a self-check of all modes upon startup, and only allows use after confirming there are no issues. If the patient plate loses contact, the output is automatically cut off.
The cutting and coagulation functions have distinct warning sounds, making them easy to differentiate during use. Additionally, the device issues an audible alert if the patient plate loses contact. The unit has two monopolar and one bipolar outputs, allowing two surgeons to use it simultaneously in monopolar mode sequentially or in bipolar mode. With advanced memory features, the device can store up to 50 frequently used modes with personalized names for easy recall. The unit also stores details of the last 99 technical issues, which can be reviewed via the fault menu. The EK-410 model is equipped with two separate boards for monopolar and bipolar functions, allowing the operation to continue with the other board if one fails. The device’s connection ports are universal, compatible with internationally standardized accessories.
